The House System

The college operates on a three House system. Each House named, named by the Student Council; Artisans, Mariners and Smugglers is led by a Head of House, and is divided into eight Mentor Groups.

The College operates a "vertical" mentor structure, each group comprises of students from each year. This fosters a greater level of support between students. As students remain in the same group throughout their college life it also allows for a strong relationship with the Mentor Tutor enabling effective support and guidance.

Heads of House support both students and staff and provide a critical link with parents and where necessary outside agencies.
