Physical Education Department
Profile

The PE department reflects the College ethos by recognizing the importance of enabling pupils to work effectively and developmentally in a physical environment in relation to their own capabilities.

Opportunities provided by the PE curriculum and extra-curricular sporting activities offer scope for the display of skilled performance, for the expression of feeling and aesthetic pleasure and for the sheer enjoyment of play.

In addition to this the students are encouraged to recognise exercise as an integral part of healthy living and to develop sporting interests which they may pursue beyond the boundaries of College life.
