Robertsbridge Community College

Our Emails to You

About keeping in touch via email

At Robertsbridge Community College we use email as our default method of communication. It's quick, it's efficient, it makes good use of our resources, and it enables you to get back in touch with us easily if and when you need to.

For this reason we do ask that parents, wherever possible make sure that we have an up-to-date and functional email address at which we can keep in contact with you. It also helps us if, when contacting the college, you use the same email address to contact us that we have on record for you.

If you think we might not have a working email address for you (you can expect to see a couple of emails from us in a typical week), or if ever need to change your email address please let us know at admin@robertsbridge.org.uk. If it is a change to your email address you need to make, it is best if you can email us from the old account before you make the change.

Anti-spam guidance for parents

Some parents may find that their email systems mistakenly flag some emails from the college as spam or junk. Most email clients allow users to specify ‘safe senders’ which will prevent this.

To add Robertsbridge Community College as a trusted contact in some of the most popular email clients, follow the steps below.

Please note that the email address specified in the instructions below is used for outgoing messages only. Communications sent to the college should still be sent as per the information on our Contact page.

If you receive an email from the college and wish to reply to the sender, please just click reply and the correct email address should appear in your response.
